Terms & Conditions

The following policies apply to our studio, our classes, and purchases with us:

• All sales are final.

• Class passes and memberships are non-transferrable (unless purchased for another at the time of sale) and non-shareable.

• Refunds are not possible on class packages or memberships.

• Recurring memberships are governed by the agreement sent at the time of sign-up.

 

• It is up to the client to make use of a membership, and to cancel the membership if it is not being used. No compensation can be made for memberships or class packages that go un-utilized.

• Our services, class schedule, and instructors are subject to change at any time.

• If a class you have registered for is cancelled for any reason, you will have any deducted classes returned to your account. For single-class cancellations, you may request a refund for the Drop-In class fee, if that was the purchase option you used to register for the class.

• Electronic transactions will incur a small transaction fee to offset processing charges we incur from these sales. You can avoid these fees by paying with cash or check.

• Our studio is a safe space and we recognize everyone’s right to their own identity expression. If you ever feel this has not been honored, or have experienced harassment or mistreatment at mystic monkey, please let Jason or an instructor know as soon as possible so the situation can be addressed.
